In a nut-shell "WORTH IT"

Experience the Wow Factor!

Why wow?

Its your wedding and you are planning the happiest day of your life, and want the best possible photographs - whatever the weather! You need true professionals who will put you first.

Wow are very easy going, fun to work with and really know their stuff. They want you to experience the "wow" factor!

They understand that the day will be over in a flash and that the flowers will fade, the food & cake will be eaten, the dress will be cleaned then stored at your Mum's. People say nothing lasts forever, but you know that your marriage will and so will your photos. You probably have friends who did not put photography as a priority when planning their wedding and realise now that perhaps they should have.

With two very experienced photographers attending you will get an eclectic mix of stylish photos, enhancing detail, capturing moments and creating the fun and romance that shines through in their work. They love to watch you relax into the day, and are always ready with a little surprise to bring out the best expressions and help you to be yourselves. They don't pose stiff "formal" shots, no clichés - just emotional moments that you will remember not because wow were there, but because you were.

Wow enjoy the build up and excitement leading up to every wedding that they shoot, and tend to become good friends with you - on the day they are like honorary members of the bridal party. They will enjoy your wedding, and sometimes even end up feeling like family!

Wow easily adapt to fit in with whatever style of wedding you have planned, and have experienced most, but love the unusual and will quickly adjust and react to changes of plan.

Several recent wedding couples and portrait sitters have admitted to crying the first time they saw their photos, that is how powerful wow images can be. They keep the tissues on hand, and guarantee that you will be extremely happy with your photos. People love to hear the comments they get from friends and family about theirs being simply the best wedding or portrait photos that they have ever seen.

Meet the Team

w o w p h o t o s is made up of a dynamic duo, Di & Karl Knoll, a husband and wife team who work intuitively together. Di is the principal photographer & Karl is her husband, best friend, third generation photographer & executive assistant who's motto is "Happy wife, happy life!"

w o w p h o t o s are passionate about photography, and are always out and about capturing images that jump out at them. Other passions include creative arts, travel, alpine skiing, water skiing & reducing their golf handicaps

Di handles the artistic and the business side of things and keeps up to date with photographic trends, technology, equipment and techniques.

Karl works a full time job and spends his weekends assisting Di at weddings.
They have been operating the business for 4 years from North Nowra, the centre of the Shoalhaven region.

Di was professionally trained as a photographer by the Royal Air Force. She went on to become one of the RAF's foremost Public Relations and Air to Air photographers. Postings included Europe and The Falkland Islands (just sheep and penguins).

After leaving the Air Force Di secured a position within Lincolnshire Police (UK) as a forensic photographer. This interesting and rewarding job saw her doing some pretty unusual photography, including the type of stuff you see in the movies and on CSI!

Di is a popular guest speaker for local groups and camera clubs, giving very vivid & entertaining talks - no gruesome photos though, promise!
